All Kaṣhāya products are made with lots of love and care and hope you would enjoy your purchase as much as we love making it. If you are still not happy, we are glad to assist you with your return.
Please e-mail your request for an exchange or refund to email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your items. Requests received after 2 days would be difficult to address.
We happily accept exchanges sent back within 10 days of receiving your item(s) for the reasons like a size issue.
We issue a refund only if the product has a manufacturing defect, or if you have received the wrong item.
Before you make a refund request, do keep in mind that because the products are 100% natural, hand-dyed, handwoven, and are unique in their own way. Any variation in the colour or weave only adds charm to its beauty and is not considered a defect.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- We do not refund shipping costs, discounts, customs, and taxes.
- Customers are responsible for the total cost of return shipping charges.
- We do not accept returns due to high customs and shipping charges.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
