Shipping policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. We are offering free shipping across India on the orders above Rs. 999. All our orders are shipped worldwide from Mumbai.

What are your shipping charges and delivery times?
We ship across the country and typically charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100. If you cannot wait to dress your little one in Kashaya, then we can also offer express shipping for Rs. 250.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. The international shipping fee of flat Rs. 1500 is charged. Please note customers are responsible for the custom and duty fees.

When will I receive my order?
It takes around 8-10 working days for us to deliver your Kashaya product from the day the order is placed. Express shipping is delivered within 3-4 working days. 

For international shipping, it usually gets delivered within 10-15 working days.

Cancellations
Once we receive an order, we process it within 24 hours and start working on it. We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of you are placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel once the order is accepted, processed and the shipment is out of our studio for delivery.
